For anything about your own jobs, customers or logins, your company's Coglass administrator can usually help quickest — they manage your account and settings.
Signing in
Staff sign in with three things, all provided by their company:
- Company address — for example yourcompany.coglass.app
- Username
- Password
Staff logins are created by each company for its own people — you can't create one yourself.
Account owners (the person who pays for Coglass) manage the subscription, card and invoices at accounts.coglass.co.uk.

Common questions
I don't have a login
Ask your manager or your company's Coglass administrator to set you up.
I've forgotten my password
Your company administrator can reset it. If you are the administrator, email contact@coglass.co.uk.
What's my company address?
Your company's Coglass web address, for example yourcompany.coglass.app. Your manager or administrator will have it.
Why does the app ask for my location?
For field staff, location gives the office your arrive and depart times on a job and helps plan routes. It is used while you are clocked in or working a job in the app, and you can turn it off in your phone's settings (some on-site features won't work without it).
The app won't sync, or I'm offline
The phone and iPad apps keep working without signal and sync when you're back online. If something looks out of date, pull down to refresh or reopen the screen once you have a connection.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Sign in at accounts.coglass.co.uk and open Manage billing, or email us. See cancellation & refunds.
How do I add an office login, a fitter or an inbox?
Email contact@coglass.co.uk and we'll add it to your subscription. Prices are on the pricing page.
Your account & data
When you use Coglass through your employer, your company controls the business and customer data, and Coglass processes it on their behalf. To delete your login or personal data, contact your company administrator or email contact@coglass.co.uk. See our Privacy Policy for details.
