From customer order to job in Coglass — automatically
The webshop handles the order, the payment and the confirmation. Your team just sees a new order waiting to be processed.
Customer visits your shop
Your trade customers visit your branded glass shop — either at its own URL or embedded directly on your existing website via a copy-paste iframe. They browse your enabled products by category.
Configure the glass
For each product, they enter dimensions in millimetres and configure options — Georgian bars (positions, colour, width), lead design (diamond or square, cell size, colour), cutouts (circles, rectangles, letterboxes, notches) with live price updating.
Checkout and pay
Customers enter their details and choose how to pay: submit as an enquiry, pay by card via Stripe, or pay via PayPal. Trade customers who are logged in automatically get their trade discount applied at checkout.
Order lands in Coglass
The moment the order is placed, it appears in your Coglass admin panel as a webshop enquiry — with full customer details, all glass specifications, dimensions and payment status. No re-entering data, no calls to take the order.
Convert to a live order
Review the enquiry and convert it to a full Coglass order with one click. All glass lines, dimensions and operations carry across — the job goes straight into production planning and supplier ordering.
Customer tracks their order
Logged-in customers can view their order history and status in the customer portal — new, awaiting payment, paid, converted. Confirmation emails are sent automatically when orders are placed and updated.
