Plans
All plans include the full Coglass system — orders and quoting, surveys, the work bench, scheduling, invoicing, the mobile app for your fitters and the customer portal. Plans differ by how many people use it and how much you put through it, not by which features you get.

Your first 14 days are free on whichever plan you pick. We take your card at sign-up and charge nothing until the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing at all. During the trial you get the plan you chose, so what you try is what you keep.
If you reach a limit
Different limits behave differently, and we would rather be straight about which is which.

| Your monthly orders | Nothing stops. You keep working, we let you know you are close, and you can move up a plan whenever it works out cheaper. |
| Your office logins or fitters | The next person cannot sign in until a place is free. Extra office logins and fitters can be added to your plan at any time. |
| Your SMS or WhatsApp allowance | Sending pauses until you top up. Credits can be bought from your account whenever you need them — we do not bill messages in arrears. |
| AI glass scans | There is no limit on any plan. Scan as much as you like. |
An additional shared email inbox is £7.50 per month + VAT. An extra office login also adds an inbox.
VAT
All prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate where applicable.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance by card, and roll on month to month — there is no minimum term and no setup fee. You can change plan or cancel at any time from your account settings. See our cancellation and refund policy for how changes take effect.
Anything bigger
If you run several branches, need more than the Business plan allows, or want the app under your own branding, email contact@coglass.co.uk and we'll work out what suits.
Prices may change from time to time; we'll give existing customers at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects them. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
