Invoices, payments and bills into Xero, coded properly
Connect your Xero organisation once. Invoices go to Xero when you send them, payments you record in Coglass follow, and supplier bills go in as bills — each coded to the accounts and tax rates you pick from your own Xero.

Send invoices as normal
An invoice goes to Xero when it is sent; the customer is created as a Xero contact the first time.
Record payments
Payments recorded in Coglass are added to the invoice in Xero, against the bank account you chose.
What goes to Xero
No exporting spreadsheets, no typing invoices twice.
- InvoicesDeposit and final invoices, with line amounts and tax.
- PaymentsRecorded against the invoice in Xero, into the bank account you map.
- Supplier billsSupplier invoices go in as Xero bills, with purchase tax coded separately from sales.
- Sales account mappingOne sales account, or different ones per job type or product category.
- Tax rate mappingEach of your sales and purchase rates mapped to the matching Xero tax rate.
- ContactsCustomers are created in Xero the first time they are invoiced, and you can import your Xero contacts into Coglass.
- No duplicatesEach invoice is pushed once and remembered, so re-sending does not create a second copy.
