How it works

From order placed to glass ready — fully tracked

The production board keeps your workshop and your office in sync at all times.

  1. Items appear on the board

When an order is placed, its glass lines appear on the production board under To Plan, with a needed-by date suggested from each product's lead time.

  2. Move items through the workflow

Drag cards across the board as work progresses: To Plan → Waiting Supplier → Glass In → In Production → Final Checks → Ready to Go.

  3. Flag urgent jobs

Set a priority — Normal, High or Urgent — and mark rush lines on the order, so the urgent work stands out.

  4. Print barcode labels

Generate barcode labels directly from the production board. Each label shows the order number, customer, pane description and dimensions. Stick them to the glass in the workshop — scan to confirm receipt or completion.

  5. Scan to advance

At the bench, the shop-floor iPad scans a pane's barcode to move it to its next step — and works with a keyboard-wedge yard scanner.

  6. Mark as made

Once the glass is made and checked, it moves to Ready to Go and the order shows it as ready for fitting, delivery or collection.
