Live Tracking

“We’re on our way” — sent for you

Your fitter taps On my way in the phone app and the customer gets a text with a link to their tracking page: when to expect the team, which stop they are today, and a way to message the office or the fitter directly.

  • 14-day trial
  • iPhone, Android & web
  • Every feature on every plan
A customer tracking page on a phone: fitting today, stop 1 of 2, an expected arrival window and buttons to message the office or the fitter
How it works

From the van to the customer's phone

Nothing for the office to do — it runs off the day's bookings on the planner.

  1. The day is planned

Visits are booked on the planner. Customers can get a booking confirmation when you book them in.

  2. The fitter taps On my way

In the phone app, or the office presses it on the planner.

  3. The customer gets a link

A text with the tracking link goes out automatically — once per booking — under your company name.

  4. They follow along

The page shows the arrival window and which stop they are today, and they can message the office or the fitter.
