Feature — Glass Specifications

Software that actually speaks glass

Generic job software makes you cram a window into a “product” box. Coglass doesn't — full IGU make-ups, every edge and shape, and a drawing canvas where you place holes, Georgian bars, lead and diamond, then print a 1:1 template the factory lays the glass straight onto.

From window on site to glass on the bench

Coglass holds the full make-up of every pane, so the right glass gets cut, sealed and fitted — first time.

1
Choose the make-up
Pick single glazed, DGU or TGU and Coglass captures the full build — the glass type for each leaf, cavity, spacer and gas.
2
Set size & shape
Width × height in mm, quantity, and any shape — rectangle, arch, circle, oval, gable, trapezoid. Stored exactly as entered, no rounding.
3
Add edgework & processing
Add edge-finishing and glass-processing operations to any pane — each priced as its own operation alongside the glass.
4
Draw the features on the pane
Open the drawing canvas and place holes, cut-outs, Georgian bars, lead and diamond lattices right on the glass — sized off the edges in mm.
5
Price it automatically
Coglass prices the glass per m² or per unit from your catalogue, plus every operation — with trade price-lists and quantity breaks applied.
6
Print the 1:1 template
Send the lead, Georgian and diamond patterns to a full-size tiled A4 “lay-under” template — the factory lays the glass straight onto it and copies the pattern.

Glass detail no generic CRM can hold

Every option a real glass order needs — because Coglass was built for glass.
