Field staff open the app and see their assigned jobs for the day — customer name, address, visit type (survey, fitting, delivery) and time slot. All assigned by the office via the planning board.
Check the job details
Tap any job to see the full order: customer contact, site address, access notes, special instructions, previous survey photos and glass specifications. Everything they need before ringing the doorbell.
Capture the survey
Start a survey visit, measure each pane, add drawings and photos. All measurements are captured in millimetres with location labels, shape, operations and notes — synced to the office when back in signal.
Record the fitting
On a fitting visit, work through the completion checklist. Mark items as fitted, record snag notes and photos, capture GPS proof of location, and note any access issues or follow-up work needed.
Collect signature
Once work is complete, the customer signs directly on the screen. The signed record is stored against the job — time-stamped, GPS-tagged and available in the office immediately.
Works offline
No signal on site? The app keeps working. All data is captured and queued locally. The moment signal returns, everything syncs automatically — photos, measurements, signatures, all of it.
