Coglass pricing in the UK
Everything in Coglass on every plan, priced in GBP by the size of your team. Prices exclude VAT. Last updated: October 2026.
All plans include the full system — orders and quoting, surveys, the work bench, production, supplier orders, scheduling, invoicing, the phone app for fitters and the shop-floor iPad app. Plans differ by how many people use Coglass and how much you put through it, not by which features you get. The customer portal and the online shop are coming soon, and will be included in your plan when they launch.

If you reach a limit
| When you reach… | What happens |

| Your monthly orders | Nothing stops. You keep working, we let you know you are close, and you can move up a plan whenever it works out cheaper. |
| Your office logins or fitters | The next person can't sign in until a place is free, or until we add another login to your plan. |
| Your SMS allowance | Texts pause until the next month's allowance or until more credit is added. Email us and we'll add it. |
| AI glass scans | There is no limit on any plan. |
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance in GBP, and you pay by card. They roll on month to month — no minimum term and no setup fee. Change plan, update your card or cancel from Manage billing at accounts.coglass.co.uk. See our cancellation and refund policy.
VAT
All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the UK rate (currently 20%).
Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and Gibraltar
Businesses in the Crown Dependencies and Gibraltar use the UK site and pay the UK prices in pounds. Start your trial from the link for your island or Gibraltar, so the right tax is applied.
